Tuesday, May 31, 2005 we've had an amazing weekend! first of all, Vaisaly moved in - she's 19 and doing her a-levels and needs somewhere to stay for a bit. she's great! and then we heard about some kittens that needed a home - meet Dill (boy) and Scout (girl)! can anyone guess the name references? on a downer (although it didn't knock me too much with so much excitement going on), my expensive new laptop busted - the hard drive went wrong but they are sending me a new one to install myself so it should be up and running again this week (after i've spent 2 solid days installing everything again - gutted!)

Thursday, May 26, 2005 Thought I'd just have a little post since I haven't for ages and I'm in on my own (Ant's gone to the cinema with Ezra and Rach has gone out with work friends). However, I do not plan to be long as early nights are v. important to me at the moment; James seems to be having a growth spurt and is waking up every 2-3 hours in the night for a feed. I've just finished watching 'To Courtney, with love' which I videoed the other night. It was incredibly moving and has left me feeling quiet and contemplative. It feels strange to be allowed to view the life and death of someone you don't know so intimately. It's difficult to write about my life having watched it. I'm just going to sit and think for a while and then I'll try and write again. Nope, I'm struggling. Sorry. I like reading other people's posts so much and thought I'd tell people what I was doing and what was going on and I've failed dismally. YAY!!! posted by Caroline | 3:17 PM | Wednesday, May 04, 2005 we had a great time on holiday last week. we were at the log cabin with caroline's parents and we did some exploring of the area around louth. there were radical changes between villages from really nice local markets to the occasional cheesy resort! it was a funny old april too with some bad and some GREAT weather (proof below) - fun was had by all :D
