Monday, January 31, 2005 James Daniel Clifford was born 3.39am on the 31st January 2005 weighing 7lbs! i'll get some snaps up here when i have a chance (like next decade) YAY!!! I HAVE 2 BOYS!!! :D update (1st Feb) for those who want to know about the birth... Caroline started contractions on saturday night 11pm (5 minutes apart until 3.30am and then they went to 20 minutes and then returned strong at around 7pm). this went on for 24 hours (very long) and finally at 11pm on sunday she went into full labour (using gas and air as her only pain relief) and started pushing at 3.20am. also James was back to back with Caroline which made it much more painful and drawn out (although he turned round most of the way right at the end - we had lots of prayer and homeopathic remedies to sort it - thanks Bea and everyone else). during the labour, James was very chilled (we could tell by his heartbeat) and you know the rest! update... photos for you all!
Friday, January 28, 2005 well there's no news yet... the baby's due tomorrow and there have only been a few twinges so far! we'll keep you posted. the main thing is that health-wise caroline and i are feeling so much better. the flu really hit us hard last week so thanks for your prayers :) posted by Ant | 5:58 PM | Wednesday, January 19, 2005 i didn't get through to the next round with my song. thanks LOADS for voting all you who did. i looked at the stats and it was REALLY close. the bummer is that the other artist didn't get many public votes but his industry vote score was way way higher than mine. gutted. just be proud that we whipped the other artist on fan votes! caroline and i were both ill last night. shivering/temperature/etc so please pray for our health - especially as our baby could be born any time now... posted by Ant | 7:59 AM | Tuesday, January 11, 2005 hey everyone who voted... thanks loads! my song got through to round 2! see the details below and please vote for this round too. thanks.
