beastYou are Beast! You are brilliant and extremely clever. You can handle almost any problem swiftly and efficiently. You are devoted to philosophy and are always up for a good discussion. Sometimes, though, your anger gets the best of you and you upset those whom you care about.

Good morning. It's 7.25am and Ben and I are up and in the entertainment room. Ben's tickling his own face with a make-up brush!

Ant is still asleep. He went to James C's stag do last night........ - I'll wake him in a bit!

A couple of Sofa girlies, Cathers and Pink Helen, came round last night. Cathers had previously said about us praying for Sofa and that felt like a brilliant thing to do so we got together and prayed for Sofa as a community and individuals in Sofa (so that could mean that YOU were prayed for!) and prayed into our lives. The thing I loved best about it was the amazing connection I could feel between us all; it felt like we were each individual planets but that there was a holy spirit stream going through us all and joining us all (not sure if the written description exactly describes what it was like, but hey, hopefully you get the idea!)

Thank you to Fran and Jen for their lovely lasagne - there's even some left over to eat cold.

Today I'm meeting up with someone from my Nippers group (Judy) who's little girl Emily is exactly a month older than Ben. She is pregnant and is I'd stayed pregnant, the babies would possibly have been born on the same day. Judy was worried that me seeing her would upset me as it would be a reminder of me having lost the baby. I don't know if I'll feel differently when I see her, but I don't feel like it's going to be a deal.

I'm worried my posts are too long so I'm going to go now.
Byeeeeeee

It was awful the other day when I posted and then the whole lot got lost. It had been difficult to do because of talking about losing the baby and trying to say where I was at now; I'm sure it was the devil being horrible. I did start to get upset and even shed a tear, but then remembered God (!) and asked for him to help my feelings and although I was still pretty annoyed I felt much better about it all.

So, I need to post again. I can't remember what I wrote before so I'll just kind of begin again.

We're all doing well. Physically I'm feeling less tired all the time. Last week our friends were fantastic; every day there was at least one person who took Ben for either a morning or afternoon, which was an amazing blessing. This week is back to normal, although I'm not at work until next week so if anyone does want to hang out with a v. cool little boy and his mum, that would be great.
Emotionally I seem to be OK as well. Truths have helped the entire time, and the holy spirit has been reminding me of them; stuff like knowing we're going to see raindrop in heaven and that I believe he will have a childhood there and will grow up there - don't understand but somehow believe. And knowing that God can amazingly bring good out of every situation. In the hospital I remember being very confused by everything that had happened but knowing that God is good. I'm so grateful that I went through the miscarriage knowing God.

Ant and I had a lovely day to ourselves today. Laura looked after Ben so we went out. It was different from other bank holidays on our own, mainly because we couldn't stay in bed for half the day! It was great to have time for us, but we were absolutely shattered and fell asleep in the car at Chatsworth for half an hour.

I was EXTREMELY excited by the TV experience this morning.

By the way, Joy gave us an amazing gift of a remembrance box so if anyone has a word or prayer or anything then please give it to us so we can add it to what's in there already. Cathers also gave us some amazing special things - I won't write what they are here so you'll have to ask me to show you if you want to know.

Right, that's enough for the mo. Hopefully see you all soon.

Caroline just wrote the most amazing post and it's been lost by blogger. it was tough to write - i hope she'll be able to write it again soon.

blogger is crap (he says using it). technology sucks - it's so unstable. organic works much better - that's what God uses :)

hey lovely peeps. we've named the babe that was never to be (on earth) Raindrop. this is because years ago when we were merely going out caroline and i went to the gnome reserve in devon where there is a seat that you sit on and for a minute imagine to be anything in the world. we both took it in turns and by the most amazing chance we both chose to be a raindrop! together we made something beautiful that we'll never forget.

by the way, ben's walking (a fews steps anyway)!
